Analyzing User Experience: Implementing Chatbots with Prompts on Websites

It can be difficult to find the information you need on a multi-page website. Some conventional websites provide a frequently asked questions section to assist their visitors. However, this is not enough. Nowadays, all modern websites offer visitors the option of interacting with AI-based chatbots. Nevertheless, it is important to understand how these chatbots facilitate visitors and how their user experience is, especially if the user is a student seeking information about an educational institution. This research project evaluates how a chatbot can provide the most accurate and most up to date information to a web user. This information could be about any product, place or educational institute in general. For our project, we will conduct this research on an educational website where user sacking information about admission and design the prompts accordingly. An enhanced user experience will be achieved by providing a personalized and efficient way to access admission-related information on a website. In order to assist users in their quest for admission information, a chatbot is created with specific prompts tailored to address admission curious. As a function of analyzing user feedback and interaction patterns, valuable insights will be gained as to how well the chatbot with prompts works in facilitating the admission information-seeking process. It is possible that the findings of this study could inform website developers and educational institutions about the benefits and implications of integrating a chatbot with prompts to enhance the admission process. The aim of this study is to measure web user experience along with Chatbot Pulse prompts.
